Shunt Reactor Core
We are involved in production of shunt Reactor. It is used in Large Reactor Transformers. We offer shunt reactor in built form / full column as per Customer Specification. We are using unique technology of Edge Chamfering. We can supply cakes with OR without edge chamfer as per customer’s requirement. Edge Chamfer reduces vibration, noise and in turn improves performance of shunt reactor.
- Unique and state of the art edge chamfering technology.
- Shunt reactors are produced upto 2500 mm height in single column.
- Columns above 2500 mm height will be supplied in 2 parts.
- Max. Column Diameter – 1200 mm
- We use ceramic spacers to maintain air gap.
- Steatite and high Alumina ceramics are used.
- We make cores up to 400 MVAR – 1200 kV class.

- Radially stacked shunt reactor cores made of high quality CRGO.
- Separate cakes or entire column.

- Guaranteed stacking factor of 95-96%.
- High quality transparent Epoxy to produce cakes/magnetic disk.
